Client Development

One of the most critical issues lawyers and other professional services providers face — at every level — is their ability to develop the skills needed to generate new client relationships and to expand and improve relationships with existing clients. We offer two programs to address these challenges.

Client Development Skills Training…The Art of Developing Clients is a half-day program tailored to your firms’ attorneys. This fast paced interactive workshop will provide participants with specific skills, techniques and resources for focusing their client development efforts.

After the Handshake…An Introduction to Client Development is a two-hour interactive program that introduces the client development process and provides one-to-three year associates with the tools they need to begin their business development efforts.

Both programs incorporate a "personal action plan" that will help each participant to identify specific activities they can apply after attending the session.

These programs have been approved by The Florida Bar for CLE credits.
