An expert facilitator and business development specialist, Hollis Chase brings more than 25 years of experience to professional services firms. She assists them in expanding client opportunities, implementing sales strategies and solving organizational issues that impact the growth of their businesses and practices.

Since the mid 1990s, Hollis has served as facilitator to many professional services firms and continues to help clients to develop new business, expand business with existing clients, integrate newly acquired practices and open up new markets. She also provides business transition services to firms to address issues such as succession planning, exit strategies and positioning for growth or sale.

Hollis provides her clients with tangible ideas and an unwavering focus on developing actionable, results-oriented plans. She offers each client a fresh perspective, and the ability to create, organize and facilitate winning strategies. Her skill in helping clients generate revenue has garnered many long-term relationships with CEOs, managing partners, owners and senior-level professionals.

Prior to founding Chase & Associates, Hollis held senior level positions in sales and marketing management, product development and organizational development with leading organizations in technology, manufacturing, and higher education.

As an entrepreneur with a passion for the arts, Hollis is always looking for new opportunities to extend and apply her business knowledge. Her most recent venture is A New Facet (www.anewfacet.com). This business will help talented professionals who are also skilled artists turn their passion into a viable business and perhaps a second career.

Hollis currently facilitates a monthly Professional Services CEO Forum for The Commonwealth Institute and has been a coach for the Women’s Entrepreneur program at the Center for Women & Enterprise and is a member of the faculty of Practicing Law Institute’s In House Training Division. She has a national reputation as a published writer, presenter and panel facilitator on professional services issues.

Hollis holds her BA degree, magna cum laude, in Organizational Psychology from Syracuse University. She is a master diver, a creative artist, and an avid golfer.
